Law Offices of Francis R. Hodgson

Mr. Hodgson is a former Ocean County Assistant Prosecutor, where he served primarily as a trial lawyer in the Litigation Section and Special Operations Group. During his tenure, Mr. Hodgson handled all aspects of criminal litigation.

As a trial attorney assigned to the Special Operations Group, Mr. Hodgson was honored to work closely with the investigating detectives of this premier investigative police unit. He was assigned the prosecution of narcotics and weapons o?enses, including First Degree - Strict Liability Drug Induced Death and 2nd Degree - Manslaughter. Mr. Hodgson’s duties also included the review of search warrant applications, the approval of charging decisions.
